A graduate of Fairfield University, one of the 26 Jesuit universities, Mr. Tenaglia completed the SACT College Course in 2021. Upon graduation from Fairfield, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by helping to establish an Ambassador Club and organizing a campus-wide meeting that engaged faculty members who had also taken the course. His visionary leadership was instrumental in making the SACT course a prerequisite for graduation at Fairfield University.
Mr. Tenaglia currently teaches the 7th grade in Connecticut and has previous experience teaching the 6th grade in New York. He is a passionate advocate for education and firmly believes in the potential of developing a dedicated course for middle school students.

BIO
Denny, one of the original trios alongside Rick and Darcy Shoreman, joined the Board of Directors in 2015. Now Vice Chairman of the Board and President of SACT International, he's committed to student safety. As President-elect for the Rotary Club of Jacksonville Florida in the 2024-25 year, Denny collaborates with Rotary International District 6970 to offer high school students the opportunity to take the free SACT Training Program.
Denny was raised in San Francisco, CA where he helped transform a family business, Howard Quinn Publishing Company, into one of the largest and oldest printing plants. Denny developed relationships and partners through the western region before settling in Portland, OR. Adapting to market changes, his team introduced new technologies to serve his clients such as Nike, Fred Meyer, Columbia Sportswear, Hollywood Video, and others.
Denny's community service extended beyond his involvement with the Portland First Presbyterian Church. He also mentored youths while on the board for Boys & Girls Clubs in the Portland Metropolitan Area. As a father of four daughters and four grandchildren, Denny has a profound insight into the challenges and vulnerabilities faced by adolescents and emerging adults.
Denny envisions SACT providing innovative education solutions worldwide for all children and students.
Jamie Chaidez
Advisory Board, Middle School Ambassador
Jamie is PACT's first Chairwomen beginning in 2023. Jamie spent 2+ years on the PACT board and before that time she was (and still is) a speaker with PACT. It was in 2019 when she realized that telling her personal story of being trafficked by her mother could help other teens from experiencing a similar fate. PACT arranged her story to be told on national TV and locally in Austin Texas on CBS.
Her professional career began when she attended Stanford University Medical Center as a Human Resource Generalist. She later delved into her entrepreneurial interests after moving to Austin, TX as a stay-at-home mom which led her to establish several organizations including a non-profit animal rescue center and an upscale consignment shop. As always, invests in her community and became the Membership Coordinator for a local networking group, an ambassador for her town’s Chamber of Commerce, and of course a speaker for PACT and part-time administrative assistant.
However, pulled by the family relationships she had with her dad and grandmother she moved back to their Christian roots in San Jose, CA. She and Juan, her husband, and six children are now surrounded by family and friends and a new beginning her dreams; building a presence of PACT in the Bay Area, to share her story and help be the advocate to protect children and students.
PACT could not have been happier to invite her to be a Member of the PACT Board of Directors, where she is already leveraging her CA Realtors License while creating an amazing opportunity to share her life-changing story. For those in the Bay Area, you will get to see and hear Jamie as she will be a guest speaker for many of the Rotary Clubs and probably at an upcoming meeting at the Board of Realtors!
Jamie has already been asked to take her story out to other nonprofits, businesses, and her church. Her mission is clear: to provide teens with valuable information on preventing child trafficking and how not to become a victim. There isn’t anyone more capable than Jaime to share a life-changing story on God’s redemptive powers and give her the tools of empowerment and hope to all students.
